I created Tee & Bread from a simple belief: mental health deserves to be seen, spoken about, and supported every day.

As a mental health professional, advocate, and woman founder, I wanted to build something that turns real emotions and lived experiences into something tangible; something you can wear, feel, and connect with. Because life isn’t always easy. It’s a mix of growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and quiet wins that often go unseen.

Tee & Bread was created to make those experiences visible.

What started as a personal mission has grown into something bigger. At Tee & Bread, we design made-to-order graphic tees and comfortable everyday wear that reflect the thoughts and feelings many people carry but don’t always say out loud.

We believe clothing can be more than just something you put on—it can be a reminder that your journey matters, exactly as it is.

Why Made-to-Order

Every Tee & Bread piece is made just for you after your order is placed. This approach allows us to create thoughtfully, reduce overproduction, and avoid unnecessary waste.

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow a few extra days for production before shipping. The result is a fresh, high-quality piece created specifically for you.

Made-to-order also means we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll always make it right.
