I created Tee & Bread from a simple belief: emotional well-being deserves to be a part of everyday life, not just something we think about when we're struggling.

As a mental health professional, advocate, and woman founder, I see how often people carry stress, self-doubt, and quiet victories that go unnoticed. I wanted to create something that transforms those everyday experiences into wearable reminders of compassion and hope. Because life isn’t always easy, it’s a mix of growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and quiet wins that often go unseen.

Tee & Bread was created to make those experiences visible.

What started as a personal mission has grown into something bigger. At Tee & Bread, we design made-to-order graphic tees and comfortable everyday wear that reflect the thoughts and feelings many people carry but don’t always say out loud.

We believe that what you wear can influence how you feel. That's why every design is created to encourage self-compassion, celebrate growth, and remind you that your productivity doesn't measure your worth.

At Tee & Bread, our mission is to create meaningful apparel that supports everyday emotional well-being through messages of self-compassion, growth, and authenticity. We believe everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and encouraged throughout life’s highs, lows, and everything in between.

Why Made-to-Order

Every Tee & Bread piece is made just for you after your order is placed. This approach allows us to create thoughtfully, reduce overproduction, and avoid unnecessary waste.

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow a few extra days for production before shipping. The result is a fresh, high-quality piece created specifically for you.

Made-to-order also means we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll always make it right.
