Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made especially for you through our print-on-demand process, which helps reduce waste and ensures every product is freshly created.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days (may vary by product and season)
  • Shipping time:
    • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
    • International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak demand periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preferences
  • Change of mind

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the issue
  • Once approved, we’ll provide a free replacement at no cost to you

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.
