1. What is the return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (such as size or color). We encourage you to review all details carefully before ordering.
2. What if there’s an issue with my order?
We’re here for you. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.
3. How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to support you on your journey—created just for you when you order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly so we can get your item to you as soon as possible. While changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed, feel free to reach out—we’ll always do our best to help.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. We look forward to expanding and reaching more of you soon.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
